• Welcome customers warmly, and assist them in selecting products by discussing their needs and preferences in terms of type, quality, and quantity.
• Provide customers with guidance on the optimal use and maintenance of products, and offer insights on specialized items or services unique to our store.
• Inform customers about pricing, available discounts, warranty options, and estimated delivery times for various products.
• Efficiently prepare items for purchase or lease, ensuring they are ready for the customer’s immediate use.
• Process sales and handle transactions via cash, check, credit card, or automatic debit, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
• Contribute to the merchandising of products, ensuring displays are attractive and effectively showcase our range of items.
• Keep meticulous sales records to aid in inventory management and ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
• Utilize computerized systems for inventory management, maintaining accurate records and facilitating timely reordering of stock.
• Handle online sales transactions, when necessary, adeptly managing e-commerce platforms to extend our store’s reach.
