Wage: $23.00 per hour
Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:

– Develop recipes and determine how to present the food.
– Plan and prepare Japanese dishes on the menu.
– Supervise activities of cooks and other kitchen workers.
– Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, and garnishing.
– Monitor food stock and place orders.
– Interview and hire cooks and kitchen workers when there are need.
– Ensure and keep the kitchen environment clean and organized.

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in commercial food preparation is required OR cooks trade certification or equivalent credentials, training and experience are required.
