Propak Manufacturing Inc is looking for a Full-Time Production Supervisor (NOC 92015-2)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $23.00/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of production workers who operate sewing machines
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Prepare production and other reports
• May set up machines and equipment
• Perform production worker duties, as needed.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of work experience operating a sewing machine.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing establishment
• Language in the workplace is English.
