Job Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire a Retail Store Manager to join our team and lead all aspects of the store. Your major job responsibilities are outlined below but will not be just limited to:

• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Direct the staff in daily operations including product preparation, delivery, and customer relations.
• Recruit, hire, and provide training for new staff to ensure a skilled and cohesive team.
• Managing the front and back end of the pizza store operations.
• Responsible for creating and managing employee work schedules, addressing scheduling-related matters, and ensuring efficient staffing.
• Regularly review the product quality and freshness of the ingredients being used.
• Maintain, order and control inventory such as kitchen & packaging supplies, cleaning and sanitizing products, POS Supplies, uniforms, and protective gear etc.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Identify and promote prospective customers to promote Lozza Mozza.
• Ensure prompt and efficient delivery of prepared products.
• Work closely with other team members to promote healthy working relationships with utmost efficiency.
• Safely handle cash and billing receipts with meticulous care as part of daily job responsibilities.
• Capable of lifting and carrying moderate weights, when necessary, in addition to performing other job duties.
• Adhere to grooming policies and maintain a neat and professional appearance as outlined by company guidelines.

Qualifications
Secondary school graduation certificate is required.
