We specialize in semi-detached, attached and single-family homes. As one of the leading custom home builders in Calgary, we work on both infill properties and complete rebuilds.

Job Description:
• Required to co-ordinate all site construction activities and supervise all field personnel to maintain schedule as well as administering standard construction safety practices.
• Help supervise and support the various trade partners and contractors on site on a daily basis;
• Communicate with the Project Manager on to-dos as required
• Coordinate mobilization/demobilization of resources;
• Track progress on site daily to meet work schedules and budgets;
• Coordinating with contractors, sub trades, timelines;
• Providing on-call supervision and coverage as needed
• Ensure compliance of all health and safety requirements;
• Any additional duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Working Conditions:
• This position works regular business hours and irregular business hours (on-call)
• Regular travel to construction sites across the city is required.

Required languages: English

Education level: High school diploma or equivalent

Required skills: • At least one year of experience in home building construction required; • High School Diploma or equivalent, required. • Have a good understanding of blue prints and Alberta Building Code requirements • Completion of Construction Management Diploma, Civil Engineering Technician/ Technologist Diploma, Engineering Degree is considered an asset; • Strong knowledge of hand tools, and how to use them. • Strong understanding and execution of construction duties. • Ability to lift 80-100 lbs. • Work in all weather conditions. • Ability to spot concerns and communicate to team. • Self-starter, proven time management skills, good attention to detail and problem-solving skills, always results driven and have a passion to take ownership and own results. • Ability to work independently and within a team and is willing to learn. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Valid driver’s license.
