Raitt Family is looking for a Full-Time House Manager/Caretaker (NOC 73201-3)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $23.00/hour.
Job Description:
• Dust and sanitize high touch surfaces regularly
• Organization of closets, rooms on a regular basis
• Organize and clean garage spaces
• Operate vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and other refuse
• Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers
• Sweep, mop, scrub hallways, floors and stairs and baseboards
• Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
• Cut grass and tend grounds and household plants
• Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures
• Clean large appliances (ex. fridge)
• Household laundry daily
• Dishes and kitchen clean up and organization
• Car detailing/cleaning
Job Requirements:
• Previous house management/caretaker/cleaner experience is an asset.
• Language in the workplace is English
