WGP-210 Holdings Ltd O/A Tim Hortons in Kelowna, BC is looking for four (4) full-time Bakers to work at our branches. Offer is permanent, full-time, and non-seasonal, 40 hours per week with hourly wage of $17.00 to $17.63 plus co-paid health benefits after probation period.
Duties:
• Prepare Tim Hortons baked goods, ensuring quality and standards are met.
• Bake mixed doughs, batters, icing; frost and decorate donuts, cookies, and other goods
• Shaping of desserts and internal filling of donuts with various creams and mixtures
• Preparation of yeast for breads.
• Follow guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are always fresh and accurate.
• Adhere to product shelf life standards to ensure best quality product is available to guests.
• Regularly take temperature of required products, fridges and freezer, records information in the Time & Temperature Log.
• Support a clean environment that is ready for rush periods through regular clean up, organization, and stocking of the kitchen.
• Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods, may assist serving guests in Restaurant Front when necessary.
Employment Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in the food service industry
• This position may require working early morning shifts
• Language in the workplace is English
