Job Description
Kasa Supply Ltd. is one of the leading suppliers of plumbing and water works products to residential, commercial and industrial sectors in both British Columbia and Alberta. We are currently hiring an Office Administrator for a full-time & permanent position for our location at 13237 King George Hwy, Surrey BC V3T 2T3.
Job details & requirements:
Salary: $29.00 / hour for 30 to 40 hours/week
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as an office administrator is required.
Specific Skills
• plan, organize and look after the complete office activities and related issues
• oversee, co-ordinate, implement and review administrative procedures and policies
• synchronize and plan for various office services such as monthly reminders, maintenance, and other business-related issues,
• establish work priorities,
• ensure deadlines are met and procedures/policies are being followed,
• maintain employee work schedules including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations, paid time-off, cover absenteeism and overtime scheduling
• maintain and stock inventory materials,
• maintain and ensure smooth operations of various office equipment,
• assist in preparing the budget and its implementation,
• reviewing quotations of material and services and prepare reports,
• monitoring inbound activities such as invoice processing, payment inquiries, and other service-related inquiries.
• delegate work to office support staff,
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports
