JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for managing day-to-day business operations such as supervising shifts and ensuring quality food is served.
• Ensure superior service is delivered and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Oversee stock levels and order supplies.
• Maintain cash balance at the end of the shift and prepare accurate cash reports.
• Plan and develop overall restaurant marketing strategy.
• Schedule staff shifts, prepare payroll and maintain employee records.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety regulations.
• Recruit and train staff on proper customer service practices.
• Evaluate staff performance and maintain employee records.
• Control operational costs and identify measure to eliminate waste.
• Make desired improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
