We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team! If this position interests you, check out the job requirements below:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance.
• Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
• Deliver exceptional service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns and handle complaints.
• Track daily expenses and revenues and, minimize operational costs.
• Oversee and schedule restaurant staff for daily shifts.
• Hire and train new staff for daily tasks and familiarize new employees with company practices.
• Prepare payroll and maintain all relevant employee records.
• Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety and sanitisation standards.
• Track stock level of foods, supplies, and equipment, and oversee ordering as necessary.
• Execute local store marketing initiatives to build brand awareness.
• Making necessary improvements in business operations and developing the restaurant.
