Mai’s Vietnamese Restaurant in Langley, British Columbia, has two open positions for Cooks.

Job details are as follows:

Location of employment: 103-20378 88 Avenue, Langley, BC, V1M 2Y4

Number of position: 2

Starting date: as soon as possible

Salary: $18.00 per hour, 35 hours per week

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks:
– Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
– Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
– Inspect kitchens and food service areas
– Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
– Order supplies and equipment
– Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
– Clean kitchen and work areas
– Manage kitchen operations
