We are seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is enthusiastic and capable of completing regular food service tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Devise effective strategies for creating and maintaining work schedules that meet the operational needs
• Oversee and coordinate food preparation and portioning
• Provide training in job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols for 3-4 peoples
• Lead the recruitment process for food service staff, from crafting job postings to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
• Safeguard food service quality and control
• Act as the point of contact for customer complaints and concerns, working diligently to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience
• Manage records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
• Prepare food order summaries for the chef.

Qualifications & Skills
1. A college diploma is required
2. 1 year to less than 2 years experience is an asset
3. Requires strong English communication skills
