Title of the Position: Food Services Manager

Main duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
• All other relevant tasks

Terms of Employment: Permanent Full Time

Language of Work: English

Wage: $22.00/hour

Location of Work: 3900 Elginfield Road, Parkhill, Ontario N0M2K0

Job and Skill Requirements:
• 1 year of relevant experience, including processing halal meat
• Product inspection experience in meat and meat products
• Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Standing for extended period of time, Tight deadlines, Fast-paced environment
• Completion of secondary school
• Criminal record check will be required.
