Position: Food Service Supervisor

Wage: $15.00 per hour
Working Hours: 30~40 hours per week
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of gross pay

Job Duties:
– Prepare timetables, and establish working schedules of employees.
– Check and order ingredients and supplies required.
– Maintain food and service quality.
– Responsible for keeping stocks and ingredients fresh.
– Supervise, co-ordinate and assign activities to employees who prepare and serve food.
– Train kitchen staffs who prepare and serve food in job duties, food safety regulations and procedures.

Requirement:
Education: Completion of High school
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in food preparation or service OR completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management are required.
