Location: 19060 54th Avenue, Surrey, BCV3S 3K9 – plant will relocate to Agassiz area in March 2024
Salary: $21.04 to 29.23 hourly (To be negotiated/depending on experience) / 40 hours per Week – as per collective agreement
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time (Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Overtime, Shift, Weekend)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
• Set up, adjust and operate single-function machines to mix, drill, grind and cut concrete to specifications
• Build and repair wooden frames used to mould concrete products
• Check products for quality control
• Move products using forklift, crane or hydraulic hoist
• Position reinforcing rods or wire mesh in moulds
• Fill moulds with concrete
• Operate vibrating tables to settle concrete
• Tamp concrete using electric vibrator
• Remove castings from moulds
• Finish surfaces of castings using screed or trowel
• Cut cured concrete pipe sections with saw or chisel and cement sections together to form odd-shaped fittings
