Fantastic Nails & Spa in St. Albert AB is looking for 1 nail salon supervisor to be part of our growing team.

Job duties:
• Assists in managing the daily operations of the salon including supervision of staff
• Ensures the Fantastic standards are maintained by the salon staff.
• Apply safety and hygiene practices across all stations
• Ensures staffs are equipped with all tools to serve the guests’ needs.
• Responsible for all inventory management of linen, products, equipment, administrative supplies, retail items and any necessary items within the Salon
• Organize employee scheduling, vacation and other benefits tracking
• Communicate with staff and disseminate appropriate information when necessary
• Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of all areas of the salon

Qualification and Skills:
• Completion of high school
• At least 1 year work experience as Salon Supervisor or similar role
• Effective communication and team leading skills
• Detailed knowledge of the beauty industry and customer needs
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver
• Understanding of key drivers of revenue growth, profitability and quality performance
