Position: Butcher

Wage: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
Employment term: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30-44 hours per week

Benefit: 4% gross salary or 10 day paid vacation

Job Duties:
• Cut, grind, and prepare meats for sale.
• Prepare a variety of cuts of meat for sale and/or delivery.
• Weigh, package, price, and display products.
• Manage and keep inventory and records of sales and determine.
• Perform quality inspections on meats and other products.
• Clean the meat preparation counter and ensure food storage conditions are maintained.

Skill Requirements:
• Education: Completion of high school
• Experience: 1-2 years of training as a butcher is preferred, but not mandatory.
Experience as a butcher is considered a strong asset.
