The Maple Rain International Business Corporation was founded in November 2009 and is mainly engaged in the sales of vinyl flooring, outdoor decking, and railings. We commit to keeping our product range fresh and exciting while maintaining our outputs to the highest quality standards. Now, we are hiring two retail sales representatives (NOC 64100).

Job Description:
• Title: Retail Sales Representative
• NOC Code: NOC 64100
• Position(s) Available: 2
• Work Location(s): 9873 33 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB, T6N 1B6
• Weekly Hours: 30 to 40 hours
• Compensation: $16.20 per hour
• Benefit: 10-day paid vacation per annum

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Some working experience in the related field is required.

Job Responsibilities:
• Professionally demonstrate and present different types and natures of flooring.
• Provide recommendations and engage in discussions with customers regarding the type, quality, and quantity of flooring based on their specific needs.
• Deliver comprehensive guidance on the usage and maintenance of the flooring for customers.
• Assist in visually showcasing flooring options and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide accurate price estimates, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
• Maintain meticulous sales records to ensure effective inventory control.
• Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, ensuring its readiness.
• Create sales, rental, or leasing contracts and process payments via cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit.
