Wilco Contractors Northwest Inc. is seeking 25 Construction Labourers for their 14420-154 Ave., NW Edmonton AB, T6V 0K8 location and various locations in and around Edmonton. English-speaking workplace. Seasonal positions (April to December 2024) (10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week)

Wage: $22.50/hour
Overtime after 44 hours per week
Education: Basic
Experience: An asset

Duties: Mobilize and spread toil soil and other materials. Building retaining walls, paving stone installation, concrete forming, and laying pavers for pathways. Underground utility installation and other types of civil work. Operating small packers, shoveling, heavy lifting, etc.. Lay sod, plant flowers, grass, shrubs, and trees. Equipment operator. Carpenter helper. Water and tend to plants, lawns and or gardens. Perform other duties to assist with the construction of landscape and related structures.

Hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail. Tight deadlines. Physically demanding.
A valid class 5 license and a reliable vehicle is mandatory for local employees. Willing to look at applicants for ride-sharing who do not have a license. Must be 18 years or older.
