Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient inventory processes and ensuring the seamless flow of products. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, coordinating with various departments, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory control procedures.

Compensation: $32.50
Hours: Minimum 35 to Maximum 40 hours per week.
Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience is required.
• Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instruction.
• Ability to supervise and schedule staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skill is a must.
• Ability to display strong supervisory skills and capability to motivate and lead staff.
• Reliable and able to work in fast-paced environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:
• Inspecting the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages.
• Ensuring product stock is adequate for the production planned and can cover direct demand from customers.
• Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
• Use software (ERP) to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.
• Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
• Analyze data to anticipate future needs and projections.
• Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.
• Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
• Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
• Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to upper management.
• Conduct and audit cycle counts on regular interval (Weekly/Monthly/yearly).
