Job Description

Two (2) full-time positions. Work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to noon and 3 PM to 7 PM for 40 hours/week. Duties for the first position include personal care for one (1) adult female. Duties for the second position include personal care for two (2) adult males. Both have medical needs. You will be tasked with administering medications, laundering clothing and household linens, light housekeeping and cleaning duties, assisting with aspects of personal hygiene. The successful candidates will prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with infrequent light exercise like walking. These positions are located in separate dwellings in an urban area. Parking available. Non-smoking and scent sensitive working environment.

Required languages: English

Education level: Secondary (high) school diploma.

Required skills: Physical requirements for the position include bending, crouching, and kneeling. A combination of sitting walking and standing. Physically demanding with repetitive tasks. Experience of 1 month to less than 7 months required.

Additional skills / Assets: Criminal record check and immunization records required. Desired personal suitability traits include punctuality, a client focus, dependable, strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Flexibility, initiative, good judgement, reliability and patience are required.
