Today, Cora has over 125 restaurants across Canada, and Clayton park location is looking for an experience restaurant manager to join our team.

Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant,
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
• Motivate service team
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.

Required languages: English

Education level: Minimum bachelor’s degree related to hospitality or food service management is required.

Required skills: At least 3 years of work experience on restaurant manager role is required.
