1720956 AB LTD. o/a PARKSIDE INN in Grande Prairie, Alberta is now hiring a Permanent Full-Time COOK position.

Duties Includes:

• Prepare and cook full course meals
• Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods
• Work with minimal supervision
• Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Estimate food requirements and costs
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, work with minimal supervision
• Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)
• Clean kitchen and work areas

Wages and Benefits: Wages $17.00 per hourly, for 35-40 hours per week.

Work Experience: Must have at least several years of experience in commercial cooking and must be able to speak & read good English communication.

Education: Completion of Secondary school education is required
