Job Description:
• Prepare and cook complete Chinese and Thai dishes.
• Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed.
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Oversee kitchen operations and gather feedbacks from regular customers.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen area including worktables, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
• Plan new menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
