We are looking for a dynamic and organized Office Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment.
Position Overview:
As the Office Administrator at MediLink Global Pharma Inc., you will be the backbone of our office operations. You will provide administrative support to various departments, manage day-to-day office tasks, and ensure our office runs smoothly. This role is essential in helping us maintain an organized and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee records, inventory, and financial documents.
Meetings and Events: Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials.
Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Team Support: Assist team members with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
Education – A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certification in office administration or a related field is a plus.
Wage – 30$ per hour
