Work Location: Same as above
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Hours of work: 30 – 40 hours per week
Wage: $17.62 – $22.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
Number of Position: 3
Benefits: Extended health benefit including dental and vision after 6 months of continuous

10 days of paid vacation or 4% of gross salary for vacation remuneration.

Job Duties:

– Prepare and cook complete menu items such as pasta, sauces, salads, and etc.
– Maintain inventory and record of food and properly portion all food items before cooking.
– Prep, assemble and cook all food products to Ask for Luigi Restaurant guidelines an dhealth code specification.
– Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen and equipment at all time.
– Supervise activities of kitchen helpers.

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of secondary schoold is required
– Experience: 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience OR completion of college or other programs in cooking or food safety is required.
– Language: Functional English language is required for this position.
