This Opportunity:

Subway is a renowned franchise restaurant and brand with locations across Canada. Subway is looking to hire 1 permanent full-time “Food Service Supervisor” who is passionate about the food and beverage industry, can engage and motivate the team in a fast-paced environment, and can successfully assist in our restaurant operations through supervision and upper management co-ordination. The ideal candidate will:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Establish work schedules.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure food service and quality control.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.

Skills Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school.
• Minimum 1 year of experience required.
