Duties & Requirements;
Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, Sweep, mop/wash floors, Dust furniture, Clean, disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, Pick up debris and empty trash containers. Must be able to work in a Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Meet tight deadlines, Complete repetitive tasks, Pay attention to detail, Handle weight up to 20lbs, Be able to sit, walk, crouch, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods of time. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, shows initiative, is reliable, shows a client focus, is a team player, shows good judgement is organized and is punctual.
