Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage sales staff and cashiers.

Organize work schedules and assign specific tasks to sales personnel.

Approve payments and process merchandise returns.

Address and resolve various issues, including customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages.

Manage inventory levels and initiate merchandise orders as necessary.

Generate reports concerning sales performance, merchandising, and personnel-related matters.

Lead the hiring and training of new sales team members, with ongoing performance monitoring.

Maintain the store’s visual standards and overall appearance, including displays, signage, and cleanliness.

Perform additional tasks as required, including managerial responsibilities like store opening and closing, handling escalated customer concerns, strategizing marketing efforts, and overseeing deliveries.

Undertake tasks similar to those performed by the employees under your supervision.

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
