Job Duties: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, must show attention to detail, must have excellent oral & written communication, must have efficient interpersonal skills. Must be accurate, flexible, organized, reliable, be a team player, show initiative, show good judgement, must be able to handle up to 30lbs. Must be proficient/familiar with Inventory control software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Windows. Establish work schedules and procedures. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit reports. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Resolve work related problems. Train workers in duties and policies. Arrange training for staff. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization. Responsible for supervision of 3-4 people.
