1126580 B.C. Ltd. is looking for 2 Gas Station Supervisors to join them as soon as possible, on a
permanent, full-time (35-40 hours/week) basis with a salary of $24. to $26./hr. (depending on exp.).
Work location: 1480 Central Street East Prince George, BC V2M 3C1
Job Duties:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and facilitate the working of Station Attendants
• Establish ways to meet the work schedule during shift
• Resolve problems that arise during shift such as customer complaints and supply shortage
• Set-up procedures and methods for a smooth flow of operations
• Ensure availability of merchandise by maintaining inventory, records of sales, repairs & wastage
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matter
• Arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor as well as report to Manager on staff performance
• Enforce and adheres to all safety regulations and procedures as required by the company management
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised in case of shortage of staff

Job Requirements:
• Minimum Secondary School education
• Minimum six months to 1 year experience in the same or related field is required
