Job Description

Assist in unloading lobster from boat to truck and ice down the product
Use fish and seafood plant cutters and cleaners to disjoint and remove meat from lobsters and other crustaceans, preparatory to canning of further processing.

Rollers after 5lbs/h : 1,09/lb
pullers after 300lbs/h : 2,8cent/lb
raw tail after 100lb/hour : 6.1 cent/lb
leg cutter after 12lbs/hr : 4,1 cent/lb
Working at wharf : 1,50$/h

30 to 70 hours a week
Overtime after 44 hours per week
30 minutes lunch and 15 minutes break every 2 hours
