Position: Food Service Supervisor
Number of Positions: 1
Duration: Full time Permanent
Experience requirement: Minimum 1 year.
Start Date: As soon as possible
35 hours/week.

Job Duties:
• Resolve customer complaints in professional manner.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of restaurant staff
• Maintain record of sales, stock and wastage
• Ensure good quality food and service is provided to customers
• Prepare work schedule for staff.
• Prepare sales and employee reports.
• Estimate and order food ingredients and other supplies.
• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene procedure is followed.
• Hire and train new staff members.
• Overseeing food preparation and storage to ensure compliance with health
and food safety regulations.
