Kodyac Insulation Ltd is looking for four (4) Full-Time Insulator Helpers (NOC 75110-5)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 44 hours per week, $23.00/hour, with benefits (dental, extended medical after 3 months).
Job Description:
Insulation prep and service work – assist Insulator tradesperson in activities, loading insulation, poly and other materials in truck, driving, navigating, check for hazards, fill in hazard sheet and other paperwork, wear PPE, unloading material at site, installing material at site, cleaning up at site.
Spray foam truck – loading chemical in truck, driving, navigating, paperwork, pulling hose and other equipment or supplies into site, check for hazards, fill in hazard and foam sheet and other paperwork, place out proper signage prior to starting to spray, cover areas that are vulnerable to overspray, wear PPE, install spray foam, remove any over spray, cleanup site.
Delivery truck – loading and unloading insulation bags, poly and scaffolding from warehouse to site location, driving, navigating, check for hazards, fill in hazard sheet and other paperwork, wear PPE, cleaning up at sites.

Loose fill truck – loading insulation bags on truck, pulling hose and other supplies into site, loading bags into hopper, spraying insulation in attics, fill in hazard sheet and other paperwork, navigating to sites, driving, check for hazards, wear PPE, cover areas in lived in houses to prevent a mess, cleaning up at sites.
Thermal trucks – load bags or paint in truck, driving, navigating, check for hazards, fill in hazard sheets and other paperwork, wear PPE, mix paint or place bags in thermal machine, unload hoses and equipment at site, install product, cleanup site, clean out spray machine.

Also any other jobs that are requested at the time – this could mean washing other vehicles, picking up supplies of various sorts and so on.
Maintain the vehicle that is supplied to you that day. This includes but not limited to: removing all garbage from that day of work, keep equipment as clean as possible, clean connections of chemical tanks when filling-this helps reduce buildup of foam on connections making easier to remove, check vehicle and equipment is running properly and all fluids are good-i.e. oils and grease, do repairs as needed, have fuel in the tank at the end of the day in case someone else is assigned that truck the next day, wash outside of vehicle when required or every so often-they are to be washed on the gravel pad and hose is to be wound up on reel properly. Inside of vehicle will be swept or vacuumed and wiped down once a month. Know location of safety manual and fire extinguisher.
Job Requirements:
• Must have a driver’s licence
• Must be physically able to do manual labour
• Language in the workplace is English
