Salary: $46.15 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Tasks:
Plan and control budget and expenditures
Establish and implement policies and procedures
Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
Oversee the analysis of data and information
Oversee the preparation of reports
Organize and direct committees and working groups to plan, manage or evaluate projects and programs
Plan, develop and implement communication strategies
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Supervise professional staff, program leaders and instructors and volunteer staff
Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility
