Job Title: Store Supervisor
Wage Rate: $21.75 hourly

Job Type: Full Time & Permanent (at-least 30 hours weekly)
Language Proficiency: English

Education: High School
Experience: 1 year of related work experience
Start date of employment: As soon as Possible

Job Location: 10-1470 Harvey Avenue, Kelowna, BC V1Y 9K8
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate staff
– Assign duties to workers and prepare work schedules
– Order and maintain inventory for parts, accessories and used phones. Resolve supply shortages
– Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
– Prepare sales reports, inventory reports and other reports
– Resolve customer issues and complaints. Escalated complaints to the Management, if required
– Maintain the visual standards of the store such as store displays and signage
– Assist in hiring new staff
– Arrange training for new staff and monitor and report on performance
– Ensure cleanliness in the store
– Perform duties of other staff, if required
– Assist Management in implementing marketing policies
– Monitor opening and closing the store
– Such other related duties as assigned by the Management
