Job Description:
– Welcome customers and provide best customer service
– Provide information to customers
– Stock shelves, Label and identify price of goods
– Assist the Manager in promotional activities
– Tabulate total payment in the electronic cash register by using optical price scanner
– Receive and process payments by cash or debit/credit cards
– Place merchandise in bags
– Reconcile total payments received with total sales at end of work shift
– Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets or tobacco products
– Maintain cleanliness in the store
– Perform other related tasks as directed by the Management
