Title: Cook
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $ 16.75 per hour
Work Location: 9824 100 St, Fort St. John, BC V1J 3Y2
Business address: Same as above
Hours of work: 30 ~ 40 hours per week
Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% of gross salary
Positions Available: 3

Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook various types of Japanese hot food such as tempura, noodle, teriyaki, katsu, hot donburi and etc.
– Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
– Cook food according to recipes.
– Prepare and make sauces for meal on the menu.
– Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in this field is required.
