Wage: 18 /hr for 32-40 hours per week

Job Requirements:

Languages

Education
• Completion of high school and Completion of a college or other program/apprenticeship for bakers

Experience
• At least 3 to less than 5 years of work experience as a baker or related work experience

Duties:
• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Prepare special orders
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
• Prepare garnishes for baked items
• Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Mix various ingredients to create fillings for cakes and pies
• Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
• Operate machinery
• Organize and maintain inventory
