Job Description

Job Duties
1. Store Operations Management:
• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily store activities.
• Monitor and manage beverage products, food items, and supplies inventory levels.
• Implement efficient stocking and shelving strategies to optimize product availability and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the store.
2. Customer Service:
• Greet customers and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting beverage products and food items based on their preferences.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Train and guide staff in delivering excellent customer service.
3. Staff Supervision and Training:
• Recruit, hire, and train new store staff members.
• Schedule shifts and manage work assignments to maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Provide ongoing employee training regarding product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance staff performance.
4. Financial Management:
• Monitor and manage the store’s financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profits.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Control costs by managing labour, supplies, and overhead expenses.
• Prepare and manage the store budget in collaboration with higher management.
5. Inventory Control:
• Track inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of stock.
• Place orders for beverage products, food items, and supplies to replenish low stock.
• Manage inventory turnover and minimize wastage through effective stock rotation.
6. Marketing and Promotions:
• Collaborate with the marketing beverage to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Create special offers, discounts, and loyalty programs to attract and retain customers.
• Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote the store’s products and events.
7. Vendor Relationships:
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with beverage and food suppliers, distributors, and other vendors.
• Negotiate favourable terms and prices for product purchases.
• Evaluate vendor performance and explore new sourcing options.
8. Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and daily store activities.
• Prepare reports on sales trends, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
• Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and employee documentation.
9. Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Implement new strategies to enhance the store’s overall performance and reputation.
