*Job Duties*
• Supervise and assign customer service staff activities and staff work related to shipping and receiving.
• Implement safety and security rules for smoothing the operation of our company.
• Provide customer service by resolving issues and responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages.
• Train staff according to the company policies and regulations.
• Order supplies and materials.
• Ensure smooth business operation of payment systems.
• Plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employees’ work schedules.
*Job Requirements*
• Education: Completion of a post-secondary education program of two to three years in business, supply chain, production, or manufacturing management and related is required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years related experience in this field is required.
