For our smooth flowing of business Cora Breakfast and Lunch, Victoria is looking to hire 1 Chef de partie who can perform following duties:
• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
• Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.
• Prepare and cook complete meals and speciality foods for events such as banquets.
• Supervise Cooks and other kitchen staff.
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
• Estimate food requirements and food and labour costs.
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Recruit and Hire staff.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
Skills Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Cook Red Seal Certification require.
