Job Duties:
• Spread topsoil, lay sod, plant flowers, grass, shrubs and trees.
• Assist with the construction of a landscape and related structures such as retaining walls and paver.
• Perform ground-keeping and building maintenance duties.
• Cut grass, rake, aerate, dethatch, fertilize and water lawns, weed gardens, prune shrubs and trees and perform other maintenance duties as directed by supervisor.
• Shovel snow from the walkways.
• Perform routine maintenance duties such as applying plaster, fixing fountains, excavation grading and other responsibilities.
• Sweep walkways of debris.
• Rake, mulch, and prune the ground as needed.
• Install rock, cement, lighting, water, and furniture.
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.

Working Conditions:
• Work in wet, damp, strong odours, dust, cold environments, outdoors, noisy.
• Heavy workloads, stand, bend, crouch, and kneel.
• Repetitive task.
• Job is physically demanding, ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
