Shoreline Foods Ltd. O/A Domino’s Pizza is looking 2 Food Counter Attendants to join them as soon as possible, on a permanent, full-time (35-40 hours/week) basis with a salary of $17.00 to $19.00/hr. (depending on exp.).
Work location: Unit 105, 4871 Joyce Avenue, Powell River, BC V8A 5P4
Job Duties:
• Take customers’ orders and prepare food and beverages such as pizzas, salads, and other
items as per customers’ preference.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
• Portion and wrap foods
• Package take-out food
• Keep records of the quantities of food used
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
• Handle guest complaints and notify manager on duty immediately
• Provide timely, pleasant, and polite food and beverage service to guests
• Maintain sanitation of the work place including floors, tables, ledges, and counters
• Maintain awareness with menu and special items

Job Requirements:
• Some High School Education would be an asset but not required.
• Experience would be an asset but not required.
• On-the-job training provided.

Language: Must be able to communicate in English

Physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Work under pressure
