Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $ 23.00 per hour.
Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week.
Benefit: 4% gross salary
10% discount on items purchased in store after 1 year of employment.

Job Duties
– Cut, bone and prepare standard cuts of meat.
– Grind and slice meats using powered grinders and slicing machines.
– Shape, lace and tie roast and other meats.
– Manage inventory of meat records and determine amount, product freshness according to company requirements.
– Make sure food storage conditions are adequate at the required temperature.

Job Requirements
Education: No formal education is required, but completion of high school is preferred.
Experience: No formal experience is required as on-the job training is provided. Related work experience as a meat cutter is an asset
