Job Description

The Urban Eatery is family restaurant in Carstairs community. We do dine-in and take outs orders .We are looking for a Cook to work at our restaurant his job duties will be as follows:
1. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
2. Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
3. Oversee kitchen operations
4. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
5. May set up and oversee buffets
6. May clean kitchen and work area
7. May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
8. May hire and train kitchen staff

Required languages: English

Education level: Secondary School

Required skills: Should have At least 1-2 years' experience as a cook. Should be able to prepare and cook complete meals
