Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Supervisor to work at our store. The Candidate should be able to perform the following duties:

1. Hire, train and Supervise other staff

2. Direct & Assign Duties to other staff and prepare work schedules

3. Resolve issues and handle customers request and complaints

4. Authorize payments and keep records of payments

5. Keep records and prepare reports of the sales volume

6. Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

7. May perform the same duties as workers supervised

8. May perform key holding and managerial duties if required such as opening and closing the store

Required languages: English

Education level: Secondary School

Required skills: Should be confident and have good customer service skills
