AAA Best Rates Moving Ltd is looking for two Full-Time Furniture Movers (NOC 75101-5)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, $21.00/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
• Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment
• Move household appliances and furniture onto and off moving trucks or vans
• Perform other material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking
• Assist crew boss/supervisor with furniture lifting
• Complete moving paperwork with customers
• Heavy lifting furniture with a designated crew
Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school or equivalent
• Must be physically fit, hardworking, and reliable
• Previous experience as a Furniture Mover is an asset
• Teamwork and friendliness is very important
• We are willing to train successful applicant to ensure smooth transition into our team while providing full time hours
• Language in the workplace is English
