1111708 BC Ltd. O/A HKL Health Supplies located on 1511 Derwent Way, Suite 204, Delta, BC
V3M 6N4 requires two Administrative Assistant (NOC–13110) on a permanent, full-time basis to join them ASAP.

Position Requirements:
Education:
• Completion of secondary school
• Completion of relevant college program/diploma (would be an asset)

Other Requirements:
• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Can-do attitude and happy to assist with a range of different tasks
• Self-motivated with proven ability to learn quickly
• Positive attitude and upbeat/friendly personality
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask
• Good with data entry, filing, and repetitive work
• Passion for improving efficiency of existing processes
• Strong understanding of Office 365 apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)

Experience:
• Administrative: min. 6 months experience is required

Work Location: Suite 204, 1511 Derwent Way, Delta, BC V3M 6N4

The position will include:
• Wage $25 – $27/hr (depending on experience)
• Performance based bonus incentives
• Min. 35 hours/week employment (Mon – Fri)
• Large, clean, and modern office space
• Company events & social hours

Main Responsibilities:
• Manage phone-lines and voicemail system, including answering and directing calls, taking messages, and responding to general inquiries
• Prepare mail and documentation for clients and management
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for the management
• Data entry of customers information in the company’s database
• Schedule delivery arrangements with the delivery partners & ensure the furniture is delivered on time to the customers
• Collect customers feedback to pass on to the management for corrective actions / improvements
• Leverage CRM system to manage sales activities and track sales performance
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Post for advertising and artistic creation
• Assist in preparing budget related reports
• Support Office Administrator in the preparation of documents and tax work
• Assist the office with general administrative tasks as required
• Other activities as requested by management
