Job Duties:
• Interact with clients to resolve inquiries in a friendly, service-oriented manner;
• Prepare and cook individual dishes and meals;
• Manage kitchen operations;
• Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures;
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers;
• Oversee kitchen operations;
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
• Train kitchen staff;
• Store food in designated areas following all food safety and sanitation procedures;
• Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Clean workstation thoroughly prior to leaving area.
• Keep display equipment clean during meal service to comply with all sanitation and safety requirements.

Working Conditions:
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
• Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Frequent bending, standing and walking for extended periods of time required.
